At Domaine Saint Rem, we are driven by passion and family commitment. We, Manon and Romain, decided to perpetuate our winemaker father’s legacy by crafting our own wines.
At 23 and 29 years old, we combine modernity, authenticity, and traditional know-how to create quality products that celebrate our magnificent Ardèche terroir.
We work closely together to offer the very best of our estate.
We represent the next generation of the family and are committed to producing wines that honor the land where we grew up.
Our
cellar
Since 2021, our tasting and reception cellar in Saint-Remèze has become the vibrant heart of Domaine Saint Rem. This welcoming space is the perfect setting to experience unique moments centered around our wines. We host a variety of events here, from public celebrations and private parties to exclusive tastings.
Come and discover our products in a relaxed atmosphere. During the winter, we offer evenings dedicated to sharing platters, featuring a Mont d'Or cheese specialty. In the summer, indulge in our summer platters showcasing local delicacies.
The wine cellar is much more than just a sales and tasting area; it's a true meeting place to celebrate a passion for wine and the land. We look forward to welcoming you!
A preserved
setting
Our vines are located on the plateau of Saint-Remèze in southern Ardèche,on the edge of the Natural Reserve of the gorges de l'Ardèche.
The Mediterranean climate we enjoy is ideal for our vines : hot and dry summers, and mild and wet winters, mainly swayed by the Mistral. The clay-limestone rocky soil, allows to keep freshness and humidity. The limestone brings to the wines roundness, body, power and many aromas, while the clay will give firmness as well as sustained colour for red wines.
The Domaine's vineyards encompass a variety of terroirs, allowing us to offer aromatic and fresh white wines, delicate and elegant rosé wines, and authentic, flavourful red wines.
Love
of the land
The love we have for our land drives us to work with precision and conscience. That's why it was important for us to obtain the organic agriculture certification.
These vineyard cultivation techniques strengthen soil life and increase the vines' resistance to disease. The results on the health of the vineyard, as well as on the balance and quality of the wines, are undeniable.
We take meticulous care of our vines year-round to offer you high-quality products, which you can discover at the Saint-Remèze winery.
