Close your eyes and imagine…
…fields of vines on the Saint-Remèze plateau in southern Ardèche, nestled at the foot of the hills and the Dent de Rez, surrounded by garrigue and woods, holm oaks, white oaks, and olive trees. The soils are limestone and stony, the climate is mild and Mediterranean, and the Mistral wind blows sparingly.
Imagine a preserved place, a place where life unfolds at a leisurely pace. It is here, just a few kilometers from the Ardèche Gorges Nature Reserve, that we produce subtle and generous wines using certified organic farming methods. A rich terroir where Grenache, Syrah, Viognier, and Marsanne flourish.

At Domaine Saint-Rèm, we are driven by passion and family commitment.
We, Manon and Romain, decided to perpetuate our father's winemaking legacy by crafting our own wines.
At 23 and 29 years old, we combine modernity, authenticity, and traditional know-how to create quality products that celebrate our magnificent Ardèche terroir.
We work closely together to offer the very best of our estate. We represent the next generation of our family and are committed to producing wines that honor the land where we grew up.
